Vacant Homes Package

  • Visit the property monthly, or as per home insurance requirements, to carry out checks as detailed here

  • Visit the property after very severe weather, and with the agreement of the owner, to check that the property & outbuildings are undamaged

  • Arrange contractors to deal with urgent damage e.g as caused by weather or which could lead to deterioration of the home

  • Organise garden maintenance

  • Retain spare key for contractors, friends & family

Fee: £50 per visit + £30/hour after first hour

Why this matters

Your home insurance will most likely be rendered invalid if an unoccupied property isn't checked regularly — some insurers require checks every two weeks, others every four. I'll tailor a visiting schedule to suit your needs and your insurer's demands.
